A Few More Paper Cones...

I had a lot of fun making this paper cones so I made a few more...

You know it's really hard to get a good picture on a lighted Christmas Tree. I filled them with scented pine cones and it added a nice touch to the cones. The DSP I used was Deck the Halls and I used a variety of accessories. I really like how the the button one with the tinsel came out. Also on the one with the poinsettia I used my versa marker over it and added iridescent ice to it so it really sparkles. Happy Stamping!!

Ornament Cone

This next project I got from the mini catalog on page 22, I actually created several but this was the one I had everyone make in the class.

The one in the catalog is more of a slender and taller cone, this one is the size you get if you use half of a quarter piece of 12x12 cardstock. I got the hanging part of the cone from others I have seen on different sites. Happy Stamping!!

Gift Box

This was the project that Sharon created for our class.

I changed the design a bit on the side and front because I finished mine at home and had forgotten to take a picture of it before hand.

Happy Stamping!!

Glittery Santa

This was the last one that Judi created for our class.

This one was fun to make with the little belt to keep the card closed. But my favorite part is all the glitter on Santa, really makes him come to life. Happy Stamping!!

Christmas Cardinal

Here is another card that Judi created for our workshop.

I thought this one was really cute. She had us mix gold shimmer paint in with Cherry Cobbler ink and then we sponged the mixture on the image before stamping on to the paper. it really makes the image stand out and shimmer!! I also added some of the paint mixture onto the raised part of the embossed section. Happy Stamping!!

Simple Gift Card Holder

A few weeks ago several of us got together and hosted a Christmas class. We each created a couple of projects. This first one was inspired by willsygirl over at Stampin' Addicts.

It's just a quarter piece of card stock folder in half and sealed on the ends. The red piece slides in and out of the pocket to holder the gift card. They took no time to put together and really doll up your gift cards!! Happy Stamping!
