Fangtastic Designs

There are so many awesome new stamp sets in our Holiday Mini that I'm absolutely in love with!   One of them is Haunt You Later well because it's Halloween but not only that the images are adorable!   Take the little guy I used for this card .... cute!   Who wouldn't love this little vampire dude?!  And you know me I had to pair him with some purple, wisteria wonder to be exact.   I also used some of our new Happy Haunting DSP that I colored in to match.  I'm totally going to stock up on this paper it had so many fun designs!  Hope you enjoyed my card and Happy Stamping!

Stamping Addicts Blog Hop - Howl-o-ween Treat

http://www.stampinaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9586&p=435749

Thanks for joining Stampin' Addicts on our Fall Holiday Blog Hop where we are showcasing items from our new amazing Holiday Mini Catalog!  If you are hopping in order you just came from Kathleen's blog where she showed off some cute projects using Sweet Hauntings!

As you all know I have slight liking towards skull,s some might even call it obsession!  When I saw the set Howl-o-ween Treat I knew this was a set I had to have and it's the one I am using for this hop.  I also used the matching Boo to You framelits!!  Love not having to cut out my shapes.

This first project is a little treat box I created using half sheet of cardstock and is the perfect size to make Halloween treats with!  Ha!  I used the adorable owl that comes with this set.  I used several of new products here, can you spot them all? Love having the silver cording back, Happy Haunting DSP, and the candy stamp came from Haunt You Later.

This next project is a quick and simple card, but still super cute!!  I used the saying as the main focal image and used the little pumpkin stamp as an accent.  I love our double sided paper and just flipped over the edge to get both sides to show on this card.

The last card I created of course uses the skull stamp. I could not post a set of projects without showing it!!  I also used the the spider web doilies and the haunting saying comes from Cheer All Year.  I love this card!!

I hope you enjoyed the projects I shared!  You can continue on the hop by visiting Stampin' with Paula and her amazing projects!  Happy Stamping!

Stampin' Addicts New Catalog Blog Hop - Watercolor Wings

http://www.stampinaddicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9580&p=435436

Welcome to the new catalog blog hop hosted by Stampin' Addicts!  We have some wonderful projects to share with you today!  If you are hopping in order you just came from Yapha's who showcased You're Sublime.

I have created projects using one of my favorite stamps set called Watercolor Wings!!  Who doesn't love butterflies?!  I also love that it has a matching die set so no fussy cutting!!  I love this first card ... something about the greens. I used the new in colors Mint Macaron and Cucumber Crush and they layered well together!

Using neutrals is always a favorite of mine and I had these scraps lying around on my desk so used them to create this vintage looking card.  I wish I was able to get a picture of the details but the butterfly is dry embossed so it pops up just a little bit, it gives it a really nice effect.

My last project and my favorite one today is this treat box.  I used two of the largest butterflies on either end of a box so it props it up.  I love this color color combo!!  Watermelon Wonder and Tip Taupe Taupe, I just stamped off once to get the two shades of Watermelon.  I'll be using this color combo again!

Thank you for joining our New Catalog hop and I hope you enjoyed all the projects I shared.  Please hop on to the next stop so you can see the awesome projects created by Tanya using Market Fresh.  Happy Stamping!!

Stampin'Addicts - Retiring Blog Hop QuinceaƱera

Thanks for joining us Stampin' Addicts on our Retiring Set blog Hop!  We have lots of fabulous ideas using stamp sets from our retiring list.  If you are following the hop in order you have just come from Tinkerin' In Ink with Tanya who is showcasing Little Buddy Birthday.  How fun were her projects?!  If you are starting the hop from my blog don't worry I have the link on the bottom of the post to the nest blog and we are linked together so you will not any of our stops!!

I have always loved the Hispanic stamp sets that Stampin' Up has offered and I am so sad that are retiring this stamp set called QuinceaƱera.  It has been one of my favorite stamp sets of all time!  Yea I know I have lots of favorites!!

This first project is a simple tag I made using the tiara that is part of the set.   I paired it here with Amazing Birthday.  The tiara is a perfect little accent!

This next project I used the main image and used my favorite current incolors as my palette, Hello Honey and Blackberry Bliss!  This card could easily be made into a scrapbook page for prom or maybe a Thank You for a wedding party!

My last card I love! I kept it mostly black and white but added a little touch of Blushing Bride to give it a little pop!  It's perfect for a bridal gift and looks classy!

I hope you have enjoyed my projects,  I enjoyed making them!  The nest stop on the hop is Stampin' On the Fly and the incredible Jennifer where she has made some adorable projects using Regarding Dahlias.  Happy Stamping!!

Stampin' Addicts Fall Hop - Frightful Wreath

http://www.stampinaddicts.com/forums/general-stampin-talk/9540-holiday-catalog-blog-hop-fall-edition.html

Welcome to the Stampin' Addicts 2014 Fall Holiday Blog Hop!  We have a ton of awesome ideas to share with you!  Be prepared to be adding items to your gotta have it list!!  If you are following the hop in order you just came from Kim's site Stitchin' n Stampin' on Paper where she shared some fantastic projects using Season Snapshots by Project Life!!  If you starting here that's okay too as we are all linked together so you will not miss a single stop!

I am showcasing the Frightful Wreath kit ... when they showed this at convention I knew this was the first thing I had to make.  You all know how much I love Halloween and it has a super cute purple spider!  Below is a picture of how the wreath looks if you complete the project as directed.

They next couple of pictures are the guts of the kit and as you can see it comes with everything you need to make it except for adhesive.  I would recommend a hot glue gun to really hold the pieces together.  The picture on the right is a shot of the directions that are included. They are super easy to follow!!

I decided I wanted to try something slightly different with my kit mostly because I wanted my little spider to be the center of attention! Below is my creation!

I love how it came out!! I moved the lolly off to the side so I could hang the spider down the center and he sparkles just so!  I also trimmed the silver web down to that I had a slimmer web and to add a bit of color I weaved the included ribbon around the inside edge.  Below are a close up of the lolly and the spider.

Lastly I wanted to share a card I created using some of the left over pieces I add the only thing I added was the silver paper base and a scrap of elegant eggplant paper.  Cute huh?!

I hope that you have enjoyed my projects as much as I have!!  I'll be excited to pull this wreath out year after year!  The next stop on the hop is Rhonda's blog The Stampin' Bunny!  She has some wonderful projects using For All Things!

Vintage Florals - Beautiful Bunch

When the new catalog came out I knew I had to have the new flower set called Beautiful Bunch!  I also loved that Stampin' Up! created a matching punch for this set called Fun Flower!!  Talk about making cutting out these flowers a snap!

This card uses the stamp set and coordinating punch I mentioned above but also uses one of our new In Colors Lost Lagoon.  This color looks stunning with crumb cake as shown here and has a perfect tone for the vintage look.  If you look closely you will also notice I used a few other new goodies; the fun frames embossing folder as well as a snippet the baked brown sugar think baker's twine!

I shared this card during one of my recent workshops and I like how you can keep it simple like the card on the left or if you want to step it up you can add a little extra bling to it like the one on the right.  Both look great!!  Happy Stamping!!
