Happy Birthday Blog Hop

Welcome to Stampin' Addict's Blog Hoppin' Birthday Bash!
Stamping Addict's is turning ONE this month so what better way to celebrate than a smashing birthday blog hop!

If you been following the party from start to finish then you've just come from Joyce's Birthday Bash over at Stampin Central. Don't worry if you get lost you can always check out the complete list here. This hop will run until midnight tomorrow so you have plenty of time to check out each and every blog. But don't forget to join us over at Stampin' Addicts for a BirthdayJam going on all weekend; after the hop of course!

The theme of my party is all about the little guys .... so come on over and join the fun!

Well I'd like to think my boy's are still little but not so much, especially when you have to look up at them. So here is one designed with my oldest son in mind.

This card is perfect for that tween stage that can be so hard to make. Both of my boys are into skulls and skeletons ... wonder where they got that from; so I made this card with that in mind. The main images are from Beware Pirates. I wanted the vellum to look like a pirate flag so I attached it in the way a flag would wave in the wind; you can click on the side picture to see the dimension on it. I wanted the background to be busy and and dirty so I used Extreme Elements stamp set to do that. Being the card is for a boy I couldn't add any ribbon so I just tied some black thread around the base and of course I added some shimmer paint to the stars before stamping to add a bit of manly bling!!

Now here is the first Birthday Bash set inspired for my little one, who even though loves those skulls just as much as me still likes this kind of stuff.

This one I kept clean and simple so it would be easy to make lots of them in a short amount of time, but I thought it was a little too plain so I made this next one too.

I'm so lovin' this set!! It would make for a great birthday theme! Be sure to check out my blog over the next week when I give a few more details on these last two projects or you can subscribe to my blog and you'll know when I update! The link to subscribe is on my side bar to the left.

So there you have it and I don't know about you but I've sure have gotten some great ideas for all those birthday's that are coming up!! So blast on off and check out our next Birthday Bash over at Kim's place Stitchin n Stampin on Paper! Happy Stamping!!

These are amazing! Very creative!!! My guess for the pez container is that it's the case from one of SU's clear blocks...am I right? :) Can't wait to see more details on these!
