Just Trying out Chipboard

I bought some chipboard eons ago but never used it. I had a customer that wanted some ideas so I came up with this 6x6 page.

I really liked how it came out. I added a bit of glitter to the star but the picture doesn't show it very well. I sponged the chipboard in summer sun to add color before I stamped the sayings. Hope you like it!

Demo Get Together

After convention a few demo friends of mine thought it would be fun to get together once a month and do projects. Our first get together was in late September and it was a blast. I'm a bit behind showing this project. It was a lot of fun to do and was the first time I had actually made on of these little mini albums.

Isn't it cute!?! It opens up in to a mini photo album. To make the album pages we just used the clear SU envelopes. I believe we put 5 in each but depending how big you want it you can add more. I really liked how easy and simple they were to make. I was thinking of making some of these for Christmas presents but not sure if' I'll actually do it. Happy Stamping!

Punch Pumpkins

By now you all should know I love these punch pumpkins. They are so easy to make and always look super cute.

This card I made for Thanksgiving. I used the DSP from last year and added tulle for the ribbon. Cute huh?

Snow Covered Trees

I've been playing around with some different colors trying to make some non traditional Christmas cards. Here is one I came up with.

I really like it but thought it was missing something but everyone time I tried to add to it I didn't like it so I left it just they way it is. I did add glitter to the trees to make it sparkle. Happy Stamping!

First Day of Snow and New Promo

Today we woke up to a dusting of snow. It actually started to flurry last night but this morning it was so peaceful with the trees all covered in snow. I like the snow when it looks like this I'm sure later today I'll be wishing it was all melted and gone. So in light of the snow I'm going to share this card today.

I think it's very fitting for this weather. You can't see it too well in the picture but the brown piece is watermarked with snowflakes. The card is rather simple but I really like it. I love using browns and blues together, they compliment each other well. This is going to be one of my Christmas cards ... all my cards this year are non traditional colors. So what do you think?

Recipe Swap

I think I may have mentioned before I like recipe swaps. Here is another one that I did for Caramel Apples. The best size for these are 6x6. I've tried to do some larger one's and it is just too much space to fill up. The "apple" is the small pumkpin from Autumn Harvest set made to look like an apple. To do the caramel look I just added crystal effects over the top with it dripping own. Pretty cute huh?! Happy Stamping!!

Fall card and a gift

Fall is one of my favorite seasons, especially the leaves changing colors. The trees in this area always look so stunning! For the fall time I made this card.


I wanted it the card to be bright autumn colors. The main leaves are done with embossing which is hard to see in this scanned picture, I also did the background leaves with embossing, done in white. I then brayered over it to add the color. This was done on glossy card stock. I really like how it came out.

Below is a picture of a secret sis gift I had put together during one of the last rounds. I forgot to take pictures so my little sis sent this to to share.

This was probably one of my favorites gift sets I did. I love frogs almost as much as my little sis did. I made her a name plaque, file folder, post it holder, and card using the frog theme. I was SO tempted to keep them myself, but I did manage to part with them. She loved it!! So what do you think?
