Baby Gift

A friend of mine had a baby late November and she had already gotten a ton of clothes, diapers, and all those baby things so I decided I would make her a scrapbook. I really like our in colors this round and was able to find a 6x6 album that had most of the in colors in it.

I had every intention of using all of the in colors but somehow manage to use only blue and brown hmmm ... my favorite color combo strikes again!! I will show you the other pages over the next few days. Happy Stamping!

Another favorite recipe

Here is another one of my recipe cards! If you all haven't done these they are a bunch of fun and pretty simple to boot! The stars were made with the star punches and the grid is done using my scoring blade. Happy Stamping!

Here is a card I made for a monochromatic swap I did.

I've used this set several times lately and I have to tell you I wasn't very fond of it when I got it free at convention. Matter of fact I really disliked like and almost gave it away. I'm glad I didn't because it sure has grown on me!! Happy Stamping!

Gift Set

This was one of the gifts I sent during the last round of a demo Secret Sis group I am part of. We just finished the round up in December so I couldn't share since I didn't want to give myself away.

So what do you think? My little sis sure loved it .... I liked it so much I made on for myself. Brown and blue is one of my favorite color combos and I was excited to find this little lunch pail that had those colors, I just spruced it up a bit.I also made a match treat bag and photo holder. One More for '08

Well I couldn't let the year end without sharing one more card using my favorite set. Can you all guess what it is? I did a weeks long showcase using the set a few months back ..... need a refresher? You can find it here.

I've been waiting to make this card, I've had it sketched forever but had to wait until I got the Gratuitous Graffiti background stamp. I kept putting it on my list but taking it off. So this month I finally got it and now it's also one of my favorite stamps too!!


Pretty cool huh!?!?!? I was going to do it more masculine but I forgot to mask out the eyes and I really didn't want to cover the eyes with punched out stars so I just went with it. But then I decided it needed a bit more bling so I added glitter to it.
I really like it with the chunky glitter. Definitely going to have to make some more cards for '09.

I hope that you all have had a memorable '08 and that even better things will come to each of you in '09. After all it's a year of change . But I won't change my mind about this set ... LOL!!! Happy Stamping!!
